- How soon will I get a response after submitting the request? When will the stock be ready?You will receive a response within 1 business day. Depending on warehouse status, stock transfer takes 3–4 weeks, and production of new models may take up to 60 days. New electric bike models may require a longer preparation time. All plans are customized to your needs.
- Is there a minimum quantity to request overseas ebike stock from Cemoto?Cemoto recommends a monthly or quarterly order volume of 50+ units per model to apply for inventory reservation in our overseas warehouses. For smaller brands or flexible needs, we assess case by case. Our electric bike inventory service is designed for growing B2B customers.
- If my target model is out of stock in the overseas warehouse, can Cemoto restock it for me?Yes. Cemoto allows partners to request restocking for out-of-stock electric bike models in our USA and Europe warehouses. Simply submit the replenishment request form with your desired models and quantity. We will schedule stock transfer, production, or inventory reservation based on your timeline.
